IES PLAYA SAN JUAN EDUCATIONAL PROJECT
One of the aspects that guarantees the quality of educational processes is the autonomy of schools. For this reason, the IES Playa San Juan intends to be able to manage the teaching and non-teaching staff and the material resources to give the best educational response to its students based on the characteristics of the educational community that comprises it. The limits that this autonomy entails derive from the very need for educational centers and for the education offered in them to maintain feedback with society and the environment in which they are inserted. The IES Playa San Juan intends to respond to the complex balance between excellence, understood as the implementation of educational processes aimed at ensuring that all students with concerns have the possibility of going beyond simple sufficiency, and equity so that all students fully and comprehensively develop their personality and all the potential of their abilities.
